Flexible Furlough Agreement

Use this template to explain the terms of flexible furlough to your employees and to seek their agreement to return to work on reduced hours via flexible furlough under the Government’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme. Follow up with the flexible furlough confirmation template. Please note that from 30^th June 2020 the scheme is closed to new employees that have not been furloughed for at least three weeks before this date.
