Furlough Agreement & Confirmation

Use this template to explain the terms of furlough to your employees and to seek their agreement to be furloughed as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak so that you can access the Government’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme. Please note that from 30^th June 2020 the scheme is closed to new employees that have not been furloughed for at least three weeks before this date.
